MARY SHEPARD
Executive Director
Our Executive Director Mary Shepard has over 30 years of experience in senior housing management. She has been at Rosewood Courte for 8 years and is proud to serve the residents and families every day. She is thrilled to collaborate with the entire staff at Rosewood Courte. They are all kind, caring and service oriented people that provide her with joy every day.
Mary has 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren that she loves to watch grow and love life. She has been married for 44 years to her wonderful husband, they enjoy spending time together with their 2 dogs Beatrix and Martha. Mary enjoys spending time puttering at home, reading, farmer’s markets, road trips, planning vacations and is looking forward to visiting Portugal in the future.

JULIA KLIMCHUK
Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing, Julia Klimchuk, is a seasoned nurse with over 17 years of experience as a director, ten years with Northwest Care Management at Rosewood Courte. A graduate from the University of Washington with her BSN and a special focus on geriatrics. She believes nursing is so much more than a job. It is a calling to serve others and improve care for the individual and the population. Her strong passion for enhancing the quality of life of seniors is her primary goal. Taking a collaborative approach to care, Julia works with everyone involved and advocates for best outcomes.
In her free time, Julia spends time with her family. Her husband and 2 children spend family time with Julia’s parents and brother who live near-by. The entire family love the outdoors, hiking, fishing, swimming and going on picnics are some of the things they enjoy. Julia is enthusiastic about entertaining, cooking and decorating.

Our Marketing Director, Mary Hanke has been at Rosewood Courte for 8 years and comes with many years working in senior living. Mary has such a passion for helping families dealing with memory impairments. With her vast knowledge and kind heart Mary helps families navigate the dementia journey with truthfulness and a willingness to go above and beyond for everyone she serves.
Mary has 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. She enjoys traveling and loves to stick her toes in the sand as often as she can. She is such an asset to the staff, resident’s, families and those in the senior housing industry.

JENNIFER SIMPSON

Our Business Office Director, Jennifer Simpson, has been at Rosewood Courte for over 4 years. Jennifer brings strong leadership and heartfelt dedication to her role. Her passion for residents with dementia is deeply personal, inspired by her grandfather’s journey with the disease. Jennifer is kind and compassionate, and enjoys providing a supportive environment where residents, their families, and staff feel understood, respected, and cared for.
In her free time Jennifer loves to go to the movies, hang out with her two sons, Ian and Evan, shopping and long walks with the family rottweiler, Chop. Jennifer has a great sense of humor, and you can always find her laughing with a resident, co-worker, or family member.

Our Director of Dietary Services Guillermo Condemarin has over 20 years experience working in senior communities. Guillermo credits his cooking from scratch secrets to 2 great chefs he was privileged to work with in his career. Guillermo has a passion for cooking with fresh products and creating healthy and delicious entrée’s for our resident’s.
Guillermo enjoys all things outdoors, including camping and fishing. Guillermo gets his greatest happiness from spending time with his children.

MADISON MCCLEOD

Our Director of Programs, Madison McCleod has worked at Rosewood Courte for over 5 years and for the last 3 years has proudly led the Programs team, and organizes programs that keep residents active, engaged, and connected. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know each resident, and she strives to make every day interactive and meaningful. Watching residents connect, laugh, and stay involved is what motivates her most. Madie has a team of 4 program assistants and together they work hard to keep our
resident’s happy and busy! Madie really enjoys planning events and activities at Rosewood Courte.
In her spare time Madie loves the sunshine and spends a lot of time outdoors. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and she can often be seen taking her cat for a walk in the ‘kitty stroller’.

TERRENCE BARNES
Director of Environmental Services

Terrence Barnes, Director of Environmental Services has many years of maintenance experience and loves to learn new things all the time. He has a passion for working in senior housing, especially memory care communities. You will often find him helping resident’s or taking them to work on a project with him. His patience, calm demeanor and passion for helping people make him an excellent leader in the community.
Terry also loves to cook, the bigger the crowd the happier he is to cook. He comes from a large family of 18 children of which he is one of the youngest. Terry is also a dedicated father to his 6 year old daughter Delajah. She keeps him busy and fills his life with joy.

AZIEB WENDALE
Resident Care Coordinator

Our Resident Care Coordinator, Azieb Wendale is a seasoned caregiver with over 19 years’ experience. She has been our resident care coordinator for the past 5 years. Azieb is an excellent organizer and overseer of anything a resident may need. She keeps track of who needs what, and where it is. She is a quiet, calming voice for our residents when they need one. She loves working at Rosewood Courte because she learns about life. The residents, families and staff adore Azieb and all she contributes every day.
In her off time, Azieb loves to read, entertain and spend time with her husband of 20 years and her two sons, Yosiaf and Ezana. Azieb loves to cook and often invites friends over to eat, talk, play games and just enjoy each other!
