Liberty Shores is dedicated to the success of holistically helping your loved one age in place. We are specifically designed to cater to those changes with around-the-clock licensed nursing care and specifically dementia-trained staff. We understand that each person with dementia is unique, having their own strengths and need for support. We also understand that these needs may increase over time. Our care professionals can determine how best to serve each resident by knowing the resident’s life story, preferences, and abilities.

Memory Care Rooms
Liberty Shores Memory Care consists of 30 rooms: 14 private suites and 16 semi-private rooms with two residents to a room. All rooms are fully furnished with a high-low bed (linens and bedspread), bedside table with lamp, built-in armoire and a chair. Private rooms have a private bathroom. A variety of bed options are available to meet the needs of our residents. Garden views are available as well as outdoor courtyards and decks.

Adult Day Stay and Short-Term Respite Program
Liberty Shores understands that even the very best caregivers need a time of rest and rejuvenation. Our flexible Adult Day Stay and Short-Term Respite services offer two unique and convenient, yet personalized options. Whether your need is only occasionally or ongoing, we can help. Our Day Stay (1 hour to 8 hours) and Short-Term Respite stay option (1to 30 nights) is available at your convenience. Our 24-hour licensed nursing program and care team will assist you with individualized care for your loved one while you run errands, go to work, or even take a vacation. Whatever your needs are, we will work with your lifestyle and schedule.
