Dungeness Courte Medical Information

Each resident’s needs and preferences are assessed prior to admission and are reassessed quarterly or as the resident’s needs change. A detailed care plan is developed and maintained for each resident based on the assessment information.

Dungeness Courte provides nursing services 24 hours a day with full time supervision of a licensed nurse (Resident Service Director). We provide nursing services within the scope of the Washington Administrative Code chapter 388-78A. Our services include, but are not limited to: medication administration; routine health assessment; monitoring of residents health condition; diabetic monitoring; wound care; and working with other health care professionals to provide the optimum health care for each resident.
